I've been 100% on track every single day so far this month!! So proud of myself!!!
Even with my kids gone and being sad, lonely etc -- I've decided I'm no longer gonna let food rule me.
Each day I have got from 1 hour to 3:30 hours of exercise, drank all of my water and been very diligent with my choices~ I'm down nearly 10 pounds already and determined to stay on track this entire month!!!!!
