Dandy Lions 100 days 14 week challenge

We're having a 100 days, 14 week motivational challenge on the Dandy Lions (Thanks Carmen for posting this) I've joined and wanted to post my goals here for myself to be accountable


100 days till Memorial Day Krystie's Goals.


Exercise 6 days a week for 90 mins each day
Drink 12 glasses of water each day
Stay within my ranges 98% of the time
Loose 10% of my body weight ( 20.1 lbs)
Limit my sugars/sweets to a bare minimum
