next 3.30 mins step ups with 10 pound weights doing shoulder presses and bicep curls
1.5 mins tricep kickbacks and extensions 5 total mins
Jogged 3 more mins on treadmill .75 total miles so far)
5 mins on elliptical to finish
2 mins stretching
50 mins total
