Day 6 & 7

Tuesday (day 6) was a great day (sorta!), got to the gym and warmed up on the elliptical and then did 50 push ups, then class started and it was INTENSE AND INSANE.. They had the ladder rope stretched out, and all these obstacles and what not and it was amazing. A killer workout, well around the the 2nd or 3rd time I was doing the ladder drills (like football players too for those wonder) when I got to the end my ankle rolled and it really hurt, but I kept going , when that was done my trainer said now go sprint to the corner and and back, and I did and I felt fine, it was sore but I ran on it.

Later that night I went to work and then my ankle started hurting quite bad, by the time I got home I couldn't hardly walk up the stairs, it's swollen and not feeling great. I don't think it's broken but man does it hurt,

Day -7 Ok fast forward to yesterday Wednesday 9.28 woke up, thought the ankle felt great, and by 8am it was swelling up again, ugh, I can walk on it but it's super tender, so I asked all my FB friends and everyone is telling me there's a good chance it could be cracked/fractured and me still walking on it, so I think I'm going to go get it checked out today.

No exercise for Day 7, but I'm 100% in my ranges for both days for food!!!

Gonna baby my foot today, I've only got a few days till PBS comes to film me all day, not gonna be good if I'm in a walking cast or something!! UGH.. I'll keep you posted on what dr says!!

Day 4 &5

Sunday was day 4- It was my scheduled day off for exercise, but I did great in water and food area

Monday was day 5. I didn't make it to the gym for class so I hopped on the elliptical and did 35 mins, then jumped on the treadmill and jogged for 20 mins. Later that evening I went to work and got the rest of my exercising in with cleaning and walking around the gym.

I was in my ranges but a bit on the low side for calories (still in goal) so I will work on that today! Tomorrow is my weight in, looking forward to seeing what the scale is up too!!!

Day 2 & 3 Challenge Check in

Day 2 (Friday 9/23) was great, I went to the gym but got there late so I missed class, so I hopped on the elliptical for 25 minutes and then hopped over to the recumbent bike and did 30 minutes. Later that Evening I had to work so I got more exercise with cleaning and walking around at work. 100% in my ranges!!!


Day 3 also a great day, I fell short on my minutes but I had the mind frame that "I wasn't going to let the day go by without anything" so I did 30 mins on Elliptical and 25 mins on the treadmill (jogging mostly). so 55 mins for the day. 100% in my calories & ranges

Snuck a peek at the scale and was down the other half pound since Wed!! woo hoo, bringing my total to 103 pounds gone!! YAY YAY YAY

My day 1/100 Challenge Check In

Yesterday 9.22 started the 100 days till the new year. It was a busy day but a great day just the same.

First I taught my Sparkpeople Live! Meeting and then I went to the gym and did 15 mins on the Elliptical, then did a HARDCORE insane intense 30 mins Cardio Fit class, then I jumped on the Treadmill and ran for 5 mins at 5.5 mph - 50 mins of exercise.

Came home, chilled out for a couple hours and went back to the gym (where I am now an employee "!! YAY ) and got in 30 mins of cleaning as well for exercise!

I drank all of my water, stayed within my ranges and exercised!!

A+ for the first day!!!

Tuesday Biggest Loser Boost Workout

YAy it's that time of year again, to workout with the show,

First I did 15 mins on elliptical before the show came on,

First commercial did 5 more mins on elliptical

next commercial I sprinted on treadmill at 6.6 mph for 2 mins then walked for 3 more

next 3.30 mins step ups with 10 pound weights doing shoulder presses and bicep curls
1.5 mins tricep kickbacks and extensions 5 total mins

Jogged 3 more mins on treadmill .75 total miles so far)

5 mins on elliptical to finish
2 mins stretching

50 mins total

We would like produce a full profile segment on you within the next couple of weeks.

This will involve spending the day with you and your family, gathering footage within your home, any outdoor locations where you run/walk, you in boxing class, etc... Maybe some grocery store footage of you and your family shopping, some restaurant footage, etc.

My 100 days till 1/1/2012 challenge (starting 9.22)

PBS Interview (Detailed and Long)


On Wednesday 8/31 I had the honor of going to GPB to be filmed for a pilot, for a tv show they are wanting to do (I was selected through an email I got from Sparkpeople).

So I arrived at PBS, waiting to be taken upstairs, they come down and get me. We go straight to Wardrobe & Make up Area, where the Wardrobe lady looks through my outfits and chooses the best one that she wants me to wear (I ended up in black slacks and a fuchsia blouse)

Then I went to the makeup chair. First they did my hair, by straightening it, then they started on my make-up. I have never had makeup airbrushed on before! It was fun, but it was cold as she applied it! Then of course they did the mascara, eyeliner shadow and lips and Viola! I was ready for filming! I felt so pretty and like a pampered princess with all the attention.




After my makeup was ready I was walked down to the green room for filming. They talked to me about coming out on the screen in a fun way, They said some came out dancing, some came out spinning, & twirling, & they wanted me to think of something clever ... oh man. I had no clue, so jokingly I said um my boxing gloves are in the car, I could wear those and Oh lord, they liked that idea. So they sent someone to my car and got my boxing gloves.  So they had me do a few punches- stances etc.

That was my least favorite part, here I am all dressed up and feeling pretty and trying to look tough on  screen, I just wasn't feeling it!! Now if I would have been in exercise mode I would have been fine but it just was awkward.
After that we got rid of the gloves and did a few shots of me dropping my 24 jeans (first wrapping around me, then dropping).

Next was the interview portion, they had me start by stating my name and where I'm from, then the questions began.. Shortly into the questions she asked me "What happened, Why did you become 275 pounds ??" Wow, that was a really hard question, I got choked up and shed a few tears with my reply of "I didn't care about myself and just let myself go, I put myself last & I never made me matter". That honestly broke my heart to re-think that because now I do love myself and looking back at how badly I treated myself really hurt my feelings. Its amazing how my self esteem has gone from rock bottom to finally making myself important and loving myself...  I really believe that is the key to being successful is learning to love yourself along the journey.

The rest of the questions were upbeat and fun, I was able to smile, laugh and just share my journey & all of my accomplishments. I got to talk about how awesome Sparkpeople is, and how without them I would have easily quit 6 weeks into the journey and all my friends and support that I've found here. I even got to share about my beloved Dandy Lions Team and how amazing of a group we are!!

It was a great day, I got to share some great milestones like Tyler getting to hug me all the way around, and me conquering Goliath (all previous blogs of mine). She asked me about my weight loss song that I deemed for myself "The warrior" (by Patty Smyth), I told her the part that describes me the most is at the end when it says "I am the warrior & victory is mine!!!"

They said it's scheduled to air in November but they'll let me know for sure, so when I know I'll be sure to tell ya'll!

Photo Shoot to celebrate 100 pounds gone!

Had a blast on my first photo shoot to celebrate my 100 pounds gone, after it was finished , I had my husband take my photos, and so I basically had a double shoot!! YAY I felt like a princess, I've never done a photo shoot before and to be doing it in celebration of my huge victory, was just magnificent!! Now keep in mind, that I have always been the one to hide BEHIND the camera, not ever letting photos of me be taken so this was a big step for me to pose and let loose.


I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed having them taken!!

Update on Dr Stuff...

I'm back from the Ultrasound, of course they didn't tell me anything, they said they'd let my doctor know and she'll call me. Sigh.. more waiting.

For those wondering, I went in for a right upper quadrant ultrasound ( liver/ pancreas /gallbladder (I don't have one) bile duct & Right Kidney) because my Dr called the other day letting me know that my liver enzymes were thru the roof (nearly 5xs normal range) and they wanted to check to see what's going on. She asked me if I drank, I said Rarely, she asked if I took a lot of Tylenol, I said no, I hate taking pills, so then she tells me she wants to do an ultrasound because my numbers are so very high.

She also said they ran a Hepatitis test and that came back negative, so that's good but I still had to have the US to see what else it might be.

I refuse to believe anything is wrong with me, I think they made a mistake in their testings, I am healthy, I am active, I have NO symptoms (jaundice, fatigue, etc ) so they have to be wrong.. Anyway I thought I'd share you with you all whats going on, and not leave anyone hanging, because you are like my family and you all care about me and I don't want to leave anyone guessing.

Continue praying that indeed the tests are wrong! I've experienced a medical miracle before with my breast tissue and I'm claiming it again in this situation.. (You know the kind, the dr's are baffled because they saw something, and then check it again and its gone!! ).. Ya that's what is going to happen when they call me with the test results of the ultra sound!

UPDATE : **UPDATE*** Dr called and said my liver is perfectly fine... All praises to Jesus!!!!!!!

YAY! I did it I did it! 100 pounds GONE!!!




I did it!! Omgosh!! I started my journey January 1st 2010 and today I celebrate 100 pounds gone!!  I'm so proud of myself!! From 275 pounds, to today 175

Was is easy? My answer NO,  I busted my tail and earned every single pound that I lost!! It wasn't easy but I NEVER QUIT! I averaged 1.18 pounds lost each week of my journey and I'm so proud of that.

Did you take anything or do anything to aid in the weight loss.. Again my answer is no, all 100% me  with hard work, discipline and determination and the help of Sparkpeople.com and all my spark buddies who've kept me going






Ive litterally shrunk 1/2 my starting size down from size 24 jeans to size 12 and from a 3X shirt to a Small (some mediums) (check out my blog Celebrating my non scale victories if you'd like to see all the inches gone http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4409420

I'm a whole new person, my health has improved, I've gone from not being able to walk up my driveway without a break, to running 5ks and taking MMA classes. I no longer experience kidney pains when I lay down, I can run and play with my kids and mentally I feel AMAZING! Before I had horrible self esteem, was very depressed, and now I'm on top of the world and I love myself!!

I am proof that if you DO NOT EVER QUIT, you will be successful!! Remember it's not about how fast you get there, its just getting there that counts!
 No matter how long it takes!!!

If you're just starting out, or somewhere down the road on your journey I encourage to you just keep going, yes there will be hard days, yes you'll run into detours, yes you'll have bumps in the road but as long as you stay on the course you will reach your goals and you will be successful!!!!

Celebrating my non scale victories

Thought I'd celebrate a non scale victory with everyone.

I have lost a total of 47.25 inches overall on my body!!!!!!!!

Hips -starting 56in -now 39 in, 17 total inches gone so far
Waist- starting 41 in now 30 in 11 total inches gone so far
Thigh- starting 32 in now 23 in 9 total inches gone so far
Calf -Starting 19 in now 14.75 in 4.25 total inches gone so far
Bicep- Starting 18 in now 12in 6 total inches gone so far

I have lowered my BMI from 50.3 to 32.37 ( a difference of -27.07)




I have gone from 3X shirts to Medium and some Smalls
I have gone from a tight 24 to a comfortable 12-14 pant size




Just super thrilled!! YAY YAY YAY! Proud of myself and wanted to share

July Recap/ August Goals!

Wow, what a month! It was an month of up and down and up and down, I had a couple injuries (my knee and my shoulder) but through it all I was able to do 2269 minutes of exercise !!! Woo hoo my goal was 2000 mins so yay I did it! I also walked/jogged/biked 81.16 miles for the month!! YAY!!

I joined a challenge and was able to get under 180 for the first time since gosh knows when, I know at least 14-15 years since I've been in the 170's
Today I'm only 7 pounds from my 100 pound goal and I am looking forward to finally crossing over that line!! I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!

My goals for August

1. Read my Bible Daily
2. Drink at least 12 cups of water daily
3. Exercise 2,000 minutes (at least 45 mins each day!)
4. Get 100 miles logged by Walking /Running, Treadmill/ Elliptical or Bicycling
5. Lose 8 pounds
6. STAY ON TRACK, NO SLACKING! NOT EVEN ONE DAY!
7. Log my food & stay within my ranges set by Sparkpeople
8. Go 3 times a week or more for classes
9. Encourage my accountability partner

End of Challenge (RECAP)

I got side tracked and didn't blog like I was supposed to , no sense in going back and typing all my meals from the last 4 days so I'll just recap..

Week 2 went pretty good, I got started off great then as the end approached I really bombed... sigh..

I did really good week one and just barely made the 450 points to get the pedicure!! Yay!! But I want to do a re-do of week 2 before I treat myself

I lost 10 pounds (of which I'm sure 7 was water weight but I'll take it!! WOO HOO) Very happy that I lost!! YAY

Day 10 Trick My Body Challenge

7/27 

Woke up at 7am got the kids up, (getting them back on school schedule, they start Monday) 
Made Coffee, Breakfast 7:30 Vanilla Yogurt with fresh blueberries added , an apple & coffee with 1 tsp creamer 

Went to Exercise class, it was great, did 10 min on elliptical 2 mins jumping rope, then 60 mins boxing/kickboxing then after class I did 35 mins on the treadmill (2.25 miles) 107 mins total (10 points) 

Lunch 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 lg tomato, 2 oz ground turkey (made it into a scrambler) 

Snack Banana 

Dinner 1 oz mixed nuts, 2/3 cup grape nuts 2/3 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 oz pepper jack cheese 1 tomato 

It was a great day, my muscles were super sore from the day befores exercises but I'll live. 

1503 calories 55 Fat 191 Carbs Protein 81 26 fiber 1447 Sodium... WOO HOO I was 100% perfect in my ranges.. not over and not under on anything!! YAY!!!

Day 9 Trick My Body Challenge

(7/26) Woke up at 7am very tired, very cranky, didn't get much sleep from being up so late from the Braves Game on Monday night. 

Ate at 7:20 (10 points) 

Breakfast was Oatmeal with fresh blueberries & coffee with creamer 

Went to the gym and warmed up on the treadmill 13 mins (1 mile) and then hopped on Elliptical for 7 mins, then class for 40 minutes and omgosh what a hard class, we were pulling one another down the mat with a Gei Belt.. I don't think I've ever pulled 150 pounds before and wow was it challenging but I did. Then we put the belt around our waist area and the partner behind us had to basically "hold the other person back" and the one up front had to run while dragging the other person.. Talk about an intense grueling workout!!! 

After class, grabbed a Subway Salad, then went grocery shopping. 
Later that afternoon I went out to the gazebo to do 30 more mins on the elliptical to get my 90 mins in for the day (10 points). 

Supper I had a Steak, Baked Potato & California Medley. 

I was super short on calories so for Snack I had Grape Nuts, with Milk and a Banana 

1393 Calories, 235 Carbs (OVER, ugh I hate that fruit is high carbs!) 21 Fat (Low) 85 Protein, 31 Fiber & 1258 Sodium 

It was a great day!! Here's to another great day for day 10!

Day 8 Trick my Body Challenge

Woke up at 8am didn't eat until 10am so no points for that.. 


Breakfast was oatmeal & brown sugar 

Went to the gym had a great class, 10 mins on elliptical, then 20 mins class then 30 more mins on the elliptical, will have to get the other 30 minutes in later when we go to the Braves game 

Finished the day great, walked around for over an hour at the game. 
It rained for 2 hours so we were on delay, the game started at 9:10 and we didn't get home until nearly 1:30 in the morning! EESH! 

40 points for the day.

Day 7 Trick my body Challenge -Week 1 complete

Woo hoo! what a week! I'm so proud of myself, I earned 40 points every day -280 points done. Woo hoo! I'm well over 1/2 way to my pedicure! 


Woke up at 7:35 
Breakfast at 7:45. Banana, Coffee, 1 tsp coffee creamer, 1.2 cup oatmeal & blueberries. 

Went to church, awesome message 

Lunch Cashew's 1.25 oz 2 Boca Burgers, 1 Egg, 1 egg white, 1 cup Spinach. 
1tsp southwest mustard 

Went to the park & played. Me and Tyler jogged 1/2 way around the track then he didn't want to go into the sunny area so we walked back. LOL! Played kickball with the family for awhile and then home. 

Dinner 6oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup corn & Salad for dinner. 

Snack 1 waffle bowl, 1/2 cup yogurt ,1 nutty bar & 33 chocolates. YUCK.. Major Fail! I won't be having that again.. eeek.. 

1609 cals 184 carbs 70 fat (over) 91 protein 23 Fiber and 1224 sodium 


Today ends week one! It's been super successful - Proud of myself Looking forward to just as much success for week 2. Praying the scale keeps moving this coming week 

Day 6 Trick My Body Challenge

GREAT DAY!! 

Got woke up at 6:45, had a banana at 7, 4 tsp creamer, 2 cups coffee . 
Breakfast didn't really happen but since I ate the banana I'm giving myself credit, as long as I ate something.. 10 points 

We went for a bike ride today 100 minutes 11.51 miles It was so much fun. So that way my exercise for the day 

Came home made them all lunch then I had, 2 apple slices, probiotic vanilla yogurt, blueberries & cherries 

Went outside and tanned a little then for snack I had 2 eggs, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup 3 beans (pinto, kidney, & lental) 1 oz pepper jack 

12 glasses of water down so far. 

Dinner, Chicken, squash & fresh cooked carrots. & some watermelon. 

Day 5 in the evening I didn't have any control and ate those 5 powdered sugar donuts, and a granola bar, and really wasn't trying hard to control myself. I know I will still have those urges, I just need to be more disciplined and control myself. Even after all this time on my journey I'm still learning stuff!! 

Snack Vanilla Yogurt, Cherries 33 chocoalte chips & 1 sprinkle of coconut shavings.

Day 5 Trick My Body Challenge

Today was just a basic day 

Got up at breakfast within 30 mins - 10 points 

Breakfast-- Banana, Coffee, PRobiotic Vanilla Yogurt, Blueberries 
Lunch Apple, Lettuce Salad with 1 oz mild cheddar cheese 

Whew! I did 55 mins on the treadmill 3.52 miles . I can defiantly tell it's been a while since I've done any treadmill work, I feel like I'm so slow all of a sudden!! Oh well, just gonna have to build my endurance back up. It's great having a treadmill again (my other one quit) 
Then I did 25 mins on the elliptical and 10 mins weight lifting and 5 mins of crunches for 95 total mins and 981 calories burned 

Dinner, I made Homemade Chili, I used Dry beans and fresh products (onion, celery, tomatoes ) etc and seasoned with Mrs Dash and some other seasonings that are sodium free yay!!! 

So I had 2 bowls of Chili (NOPE I didn't eat any of the fresh rolls that I made) 

Was feeling a bit snacky later on and ended up eating a few powdered sugar donuts holes and a granola bar. Not the greatest choices in the donuts but today's a new day and I'm not going to beat myself up for it. 

Another 40 points for the day!!

Day 4 Trick my Body Challenge

7/21 

Wake up at 7:15 eat at 7:40 10 points 
2 eggs 1 egg white. 2 tsp creamer 2 cups coffee 

I had my interview, it went well but I wasn't impressed so I wouldn't take the job if they offered it. Way to much Chaos going on there. 

Been a lazy day, but busy had to run to the store and get bread and such, came home and finally forced myself to exercise. I did 15 mins elliptical, 35 mins step dvd and 20 mins weight lifting and crunches, so with that walking around the store I got my 90 mins for the day 

Dinner was omelette.. (2 eggs, 3 egg whites) with 1/2 oz pepper jack cheese, 1/2 cup chili beans, 152 g tomatoes & 52 g onions. Then an Apple. I was super low on calories so we went to Starbucks and I ordered a caramel light but they gave me whip cream and extra caramel so I just counted it as a regular to get my calories in for the day.. 

Calories 1448 Carbs 205 Fat 43 Protein 66 Fiber 18 Sodium 1475 YAY!! A great day!!

Day 3 Trick my body Challenge

Woke up at 7, breakfast at 7:20 10 points 
1/2 cup oatmeal , blueberries, 1 tsp cofee creamer & 1 cup coffee 

I also had 2 cups water before breakfast. 

WOW! Got on the scale and I about fell over, 181.6 OMGOSH, that's like 5.4 pounds gone in 3 days!!(started challenge at 187) WOW WOW WOW!! Monday is my official weigh in but I'm thrilled . I got on and off the scale like 6 times then got on the wii and it was exact with my numbers so I'm certain the scale is right!! YAY 

Went for lunch with my friend, ordered a buffalo chicken salad, no croutons, cheest & dressing on the side, it was pretty good, it did have bacon bits in it and some cheese but all in all not too bad.. BUT then I ordered a slice of peanut butter pie!! eesh over 600 calories just for that.. 

Needless to say I had to plan my dinner accordingly so I only thankfully went over my fat grams.. 
Calories 1648 Carbs 167 Fat 83 (over) Protein 69 Fiber 17 Sodium 1908 

Exercise 1 hour bike ride 10.6 miles and 35 mins on treadmill! 95 total mins

Day 2 Trick my Body challenge

Yesterday was great day!! woo hoo 

Day 2 

Woke up at 8:00 
Breakfast 8:30 (10 points for eating within 30 mins of waking) 
Breakfast 3 eggs, 1 ground turkey patty (no bun) 1 cup coffee, 2 tsp coffee creamer 

11:00 weighed, surprised that the scale is down 1.2 pounds from yesterday, not going to get to excited since my body changes daily. 

11:30 Exercise 30 mins Bob Harper's cardio dvd, 10 mins Denise Austins ultimate fat burner had to stop doing it because my shoulder was hurting. 25 mins on the treadmill & 25 mins elliptical --90 total mins done all at once!!! (10 points) 

I'm exhausted but so proud of myself for not stopping. Those last 10 minutes on the elliptical felt like 60 so YAY me I did it!! WHEW!! 

Lunch, Apple & Probiotic Vanilla Yogurt 
Snack 1.25 oz of mixed nuts 9 cups water so far 

Cooked dinner,Had Salmon, Potato, and peas, I did good, had a very tiny tiny amount of french bread, smaller than even a roll, maybe 1/2 dollar sized amount. I knew I couldn't eat more than that or I'd be suffering tomorrow,(and the next and the next and the next) 

Water update 16 glasses for the day (10 points) 

Yay I got my 40 points for the day again. 

Calories 1372 Fat 56 Carbs 144 Protein 79 Fiber 18, Sodium 944. I need to up my fiber just a tiny bit. 

It's bedtime and I haven't snacked, and I will keep it that way. It's easier to not have anything than to go over board on what I want to snack on...

Day 1 Trick my Body Challenge

It's so perfect because I have been struggling with plateaus too so it's time to shake up my body!! 

I started a notebook for the challenge, I am keeping it with me and writing through out the day, I will just share that each day here. This may be boring to some and I apologize but it keeps me accountable and ontrack. 

My goals 1. Eat Breakfast within 30 mins of getting up, no exceptions 
2 Drink 12 glasses of water (NO Packets) 
3. Exercise 6 days a week for 90 mins instead of 60 
4.Log and Journal daily to keep myself accountable. 

My reward will be a pedicure if I reach 450 points. 

Day 1. 
Woke up at 7:45, breakfast at 8:00 
Oatmeal (1/2 cup) blueberries (50 g) 1 tsp brown sugar, & Coffee with 2 tsp creamer 

I have been battling up and down on the scale, I loose a big amount then eat what I'm not supposed to (taco shells, and bread) and am bloated. As of yesterday morning I was back up to 187. I'm so sick of this up and down , praying this challenge is exactly what I need to to jump start the weight loss again. 

11:15 snack Banana (100 grams) & 1 oz cashews 

12:00- 12:30 Did 30 mins on Treadmill at 10% incline. Burned 300 calories and did 1.75 miles 

1:00 lunch Probiotic Vanilla Yogugrt, 3 eggs, 75 g tomato & 74 g onion 

Water 12 glasses so far for the day! (GOAL MET) 

3:20-- Elliptical for 45 minutes WOO HOO 

I did great until dinner, then had 5 crackers, which aren't on my ok to eat list. Any bread product messes with my tummy and gives me digestion issues, Supper was ground turkey burgers, Which I didn't measure (not good) with pepper jack cheese(not measured) on top of the meat. Lettuce & Tomatoes & Onion Salad (again not measured). 
I should have not been so careless, I MUST MEASURE EVERYTHING!!!!! 

Even though I didn't measure I did choose not to eat the bun for the bugers, and I didn't eat the spaghetti either. I did taste the spaghetti sauce but it was only a lick. So I maintained some control when I comes to that. I know that pasta & bread upset my tummy, as a matter of fact, I'm sure I'm allergic to them so I have to stay away from it as much as possible.. Praying the crackers don't upset my tummy. 

Calories for the day 1575 (in range) Carbs 147 (in range) Fac 75 (OVER) Protein 86 (OVER) Fiber 16 (UNDER) Sodium 1426 (in range). 

6:00 15 more mins on treadmill to make my 90 for the day!! WOO HOO 

9:00 had a great chat with the Dandy Lions teammates, now I'm having a horrbile urge to have ice cream. I thought I'd write about it to make myself feel better but it's not working!! ... UGHHH 
I WILL BE STRONG.. 

YAY!! So I decided last night to just go to bed instead of fighting the urge to snack & go over my calories .. WOO HOO I didn't cave in... 

End day 1... YAY! 40 points for reaching all goals for the day!
