I'm doing well for the most part, last Sunday & Monday I had WAY to many carbs but have been back on track since then.
So I found a dessert that I had to try - it turned out pretty good.
3 tbsp no sugar no salt peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 packs splenda
1 Tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
1.5 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
mix together, Chill then roll into balls & roll in coconut flakes. They're really good & they satisfy your sweet tooth.
