No change on the scale today. However I feel so much less bloated than I've been. My stomach is going down & I'm not as uncomfortable!! I've read that you tend to slow down the 2nd week &then it picks back up again so I'm going to weigh tomorrow & then stay off of it for a week. I'm following a strict Keto plan, tracking everything and really being mindful of any excess carbs that I eat.
Been a great day so far, went to church, came home took a nap, then had a killer workout with my awesome client!!
