Feb 9th

Had a fantastic day, trained a client in the morning, then came home, showered and Greg and I drove down to Savannah for a walk by the river and dinner at the Pirate house! I made healthy choices, stayed within my ranges and had an amazing day!!!! I even packed us Body by Vi Shakes as a snack to drink on the way down so that we weren't tempted to eat junk while driving!!! 1882 Calories 210 carbs 60 Fat 102 protein, 1426 Sodium 37 fiber BMF- 2658 Calorie burn, 777 deficit , 16,284 Steps
