Still chugging along.. slowly but surely 37/90

Been a bit rocky but I'm still going.. making a little progress each day!!!

Friday! What a fun day 31/90 days

What a day! Trained 2 clients back to back, the first one was 30 minutes of cardio, then I went to the next one and we went for a walk, him carrying a 30 pound ball in a backpack, me carrying 2 kettlebellls, one 15 & one 10 pound and we walked 2 miles!! woo hoo! Came back to his house and did boxing with weights!!

Food wise was ok, lunch was a little higher because I chose to have some tator tots!!  but balanced it out for the evening and didn't actually binge higher in calories but still had a deficit so  not beating myself up for it. Just pressing forward.

Left my phone on my trunk and drove off, retraced my route twice and it was gone, thinking someone found it... so now I'm without a phone until I can get a replacement!! UGH

Day 29! This girl is on FIRRRRRRRRRE!!!!!!!

WOOOO! WOOOO!! BAM!!!!!!!!!!! Ok yesterday was AWESOME, I trained 2 clients in the morning, then came home rested and then went to the gym for cardio, walked for 20 minutes before I taught my class and then killed it in #Beastmode during the class. I think I had 16 water and was 100% on track with my food as well!!!!

Feeling so great & powerful!! Fully in control of my journey!!

1329 calories 169 Carbs 23 fat, 118 protein, 1738 Sodium & 39 Fiber!!!

Day 28 -not great but not a train wreck either

Went out to eat at Golden corral, I managed to stay on track and only had 1 slice of banana bread (which is actually a huge woo hoo!! I normally eat 5!!)

Ended higher than I wanted with no exercise but not binging!!!

Really Proud of myself Day 27

Stayed on Track, Monday's are usually the hardest for me after my boyfriend leaves but I did really great!! Even got into an argument and still didn't binge or stuff my face, instead went to bed!!!

Doing well!

Sunday was my day off, but still managed 30 mins moderate exercise (went bowling) even with my boyfriend leaving and heading back to SC I kept it under control! YAY! I'm getting there!! Determined to be successful and get this weight off once and for all.

Finished the day at 1368 calories 154 Carbs, 43 Fat, 94 Protein,1582 Sodium & 32 Fiber

It's always tougher on me when my boyfriend is in town to make healthier choices, but I've been doing fairly decent, and getting my exercises in so it's not been "Terrible" Thursday we went for BBQ which put me higher, then Friday I stayed on track, last night I felt a binge coming on so I made a Vi banana bread thing and ate that instead of everything in the cupboard. Heres to a great day, a great week rocking my journey~!!

Let's see, where was I again? Oh yeah.....Day 23

Been awhile since I've blogged, not sure why  I stopped, other than the fact that I have been off track, easier to not face it if I don't have to blog about it, I did great, then bad then great, then went to South Carolina and we wont even talk about all the fried foods that I ate!! YUCK!!  Came home scale had me at 177 again.. Dammit I'm so sick of this up and down shit!!!! I found this on facebook the other day, and I'm TOTALLY gonna make it happen. Time to kick ass and get this journey back where it needs to be!!



Monday I heard Katy Perry's new song ROAR, omg that is my Song!!! OMG! I have been "Roar"ing since I started my journey, when I created the Dandy Lions team & got the tattoo, it's time for me to ROAR again!!  

Been 100% on track and feeling really great the last couple days!! Business is picking up and I'm working out lots now!! Nutrition for the last 2 days have been GREAT!!!

Woo hoo!!  Another great day, trained a client, then came home and did 45 elliptical and 30 minutes on treadmill all before 10am!!!!
Proud of myself, was hungry tonight not a binge, tracked, aware, accountable, chose to go above calorie range today to zig zag it..
1517 calories today, over 2 hrs exercise, rocking this week, already at 6475 deficit so should see a loss on Monday when
