Wow Yesterday (1-4) was a Train wreck

I don't know what the heck happened. I've got to learn to deal with this night time eating better.

 I had great choices for Breakfast, and then again for lunch, even did a 90- min intense workout was completely on track through dinner and then went crazy and I had a snicker bar, popcorn, 4 whoopie pies that my kids made, Rice crackers, and totally jacked my calories up higher than the entire day's worth of food. Based on my calculations  I some how ate around 3000 calories .... UGHH


 Today is a new day and I vow to refocus and stay on track!!
