Day 29! This girl is on FIRRRRRRRRRE!!!!!!!

WOOOO! WOOOO!! BAM!!!!!!!!!!! Ok yesterday was AWESOME, I trained 2 clients in the morning, then came home rested and then went to the gym for cardio, walked for 20 minutes before I taught my class and then killed it in #Beastmode during the class. I think I had 16 water and was 100% on track with my food as well!!!!

Feeling so great & powerful!! Fully in control of my journey!!
