Doing well!

Sunday was my day off, but still managed 30 mins moderate exercise (went bowling) even with my boyfriend leaving and heading back to SC I kept it under control! YAY! I'm getting there!! Determined to be successful and get this weight off once and for all.

Finished the day at 1368 calories 154 Carbs, 43 Fat, 94 Protein,1582 Sodium & 32 Fiber
