So proud of myself 3/7 Blog

Im doing really good, been on track and kicking butt. Will add more in a bit
Yesterday rocked, got lots of exercise and stayed in calories
I even felt tempted in the evening to binge but chose to go to bed instead of raiding the kitchen!!
